Yes. We have arranged for complimentary shuttles to take guests from and to the hotels. Preliminary: At 1:30 pm, 2 trolleys depart w/guests from Rancho Benardo Inn, taking them to Safari Park. 1 trolley departs w/guests from Courtyard by Marriott, then stops at Hilton Garden Inn before dropping guests at Safari Park. Final itineraries including timing & stop locations will be provided on this website just prior to Sarah & Spencer's Wedding Day.

How do I enjoy the Safari Park the day of wedding?

The Safari Park opens at 9:00am for guests to explore before attending the wedding. Upon your arrival, go to the main ticket booth, on the left side of the Safari Park entrance, to collect your tickets. You must provide your name in order to receive your ticket. You will then head over to the main turnstiles to have your ticket scanned for entry. You may either change into your clothes for the wedding at any restroom OR you may leave the Park to go back to your hotel to change. If you plan on going back to the hotel before the wedding, you must receive a stamp on your ticket before exiting. Upon your return, if you have your ticket and stamp, you may enter through the turnstiles again (and do not need to check in again). If you forgot your ticket, you must check-in at the registration table in front of the turnstiles. The check-in sign and the table opens at 1:30pm.

What do I do If I'm late for the Ceremony?

The Ceremony will be starting promptly at 3:00PM, we recommend guest arrive between 2:30-2:45 at Kijamii Overlook so there is time to mingle and find a seat. The park entrance check-in table opens at 1:30pm and signage will direct you to shuttles to the venue or you can choose to walk with appropriate shoes. If you happen to be late to the venue, our coordinator will let you know if they are still allowing guests in or if you need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, you will still be able to attend the reception so hang tight, and we will see you at the reception! Thanks for understanding!
